I'm relieved this almost 2-year long election cycle is over. It was way too much for way too long. Unfortunately, I think it's the way of the future. Ugh.
I'm disappointed in the outcome of the election though.
I don't know what else to say at this point....

I share your sentiments. I've been bracing myself for some potentially unpleasant changes during the next four years for a while now. I'm sure we can weather whatever big government drain will be foisted onto the American public, but I am concerned about precedent and potential lasting effects on our economy and our freedoms.
Hey, maybe at least the liberals will stop whining for a few minutes now. Though perhaps gloating and gushing may be even more unpleasant. We'll see...
